Supports business customers through email, phone, chat, Slack, and in-app channels; diagnoses complex issues, coordinates escalations with engineering and product teams, documents solutions, manages product feedback, communicates updates, and helps improve customer satisfaction. The role requires strong communication, critical thinking, cross-functional collaboration, product expertise, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

As an Account Executive, you'll partner with teams to drive growth, engage customers on solutions, and ensure alignment with product updates.

Serve as the companys first in-house counsel handling litigation and ADR, resolve business disputes, draft and negotiate commercial contracts, advise on payments-related regulatory and compliance matters, manage outside counsel, and build legal processes and corporate governance.
