Build and productize shared developer tools for hyperscale engineering workflows. Develop Python and C++ software in Linux environments, create REST, gRPC, and CLI interfaces, use AI-assisted development, and improve developer velocity through engineering metrics. Responsibilities include architecture, reliability, observability, incident response, code reviews, technical roadmap collaboration, and mentoring junior engineers. The role is primarily in-office in Santa Clara.

Design and scale high-performance distributed infrastructure for the Enterprise Data Cloud. Responsibilities include architecting resilient systems, implementing consensus and fault-tolerant storage, leading technical initiatives from design through production, resolving resource and performance challenges, and improving engineering quality through architecture reviews, code reviews, and mentorship.

Lead the multi-year vision, architecture, roadmap, and lifecycle for enterprise object and file storage products. Define scalability, performance, and durability benchmarks; guide products from incubation through global release; and partner with engineering, executives, sales, systems engineering, customers, and technology alliances. Translate market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging cloud and AI requirements into strategic priorities while serving as a technical advisor and external spokesperson.
