Design and implement systems to compute CI and branch health signals, reduce manual triage, improve test selection, gating, and release confidence. Build services, pipelines, dashboards, and policy engines; develop risk and coverage intelligence for firmware and software; optimize test scheduling and resource utilization across orchestration systems and test infrastructure.

Lead Everpure's global community strategy and operations, designing digital and in-person roadmaps, cultivating advocates, producing content and events, managing community platforms (e.g., ServiceNow), driving vendor roadmaps and migrations, and defining KPIs to measure engagement and business impact.

Design, build, and deploy analytics architecture and ETL to process telemetry from hardware and software. Create analysis‑ready datasets, dashboards, alerts, and data products. Apply statistical and ML techniques to improve platform reliability and performance. Lead data‑driven projects with hardware and software teams to inform engineering and leadership decisions.
