Design product experiences for a B2B agentic support platform, collaborating closely with founders, product, and engineering. Responsibilities include understanding customer problems, shaping user flows, creating high-fidelity UI/UX designs, rapidly handing designs to engineering, building the design system, facilitating decisions, and validating design choices with analytics.

Lead Pylon’s global Customer Success organization, owning NRR, GRR, churn, expansion, renewals, and post-sales revenue. Scale a 15+ person team across San Francisco, New York, and London by developing managers, optimizing segmentation, capacity, and sales-to-CS processes. Drive customer adoption and migration to agentic support and usage-based billing, lead internal product adoption, and represent Pylon in the broader Customer Success community.

Pylon's first Controller will own month-end close, GAAP financial reporting, AR/AP operations, systems and ERP implementation, internal controls and audit readiness, automation of accounting workflows, and management of auditors, tax advisors, and banking relationships to scale finance operations.
