Support manufacturing operations for Advanced Cleans processes: troubleshoot process deviations, lead root-cause analysis, improve yields and procedures, implement process and equipment solutions, train operations staff, and drive continuous improvement and Lean projects.

Design and optimize inductors, transformers, and integrated magnetics for power electronics; build component libraries; run electromagnetic and system-level simulations; prototype, test, and validate components; analyze losses and thermal behavior; collaborate with cross-functional teams and produce technical documentation and test reports.

Lead strategic OEM programs across development, qualification, commercialization, and production ramp. Serve as primary customer liaison, create project plans and schedules, coordinate global cross-functional teams, manage risks and resources, report status to executives, and drive stakeholder alignment to ensure successful product launches and scale-up.
