Manage and coach 4–6 sales leaders and 20+ account executives, guide strategic sales cycles, engage C-level buyers, oversee forecasting and pipeline execution, and develop manufacturing-specific go-to-market strategies. Collaborate with solution engineering, product management, and marketing to expand market penetration and deliver measurable customer value.
