Mentor developers, perform code reviews, resolve production issues, manage client interactions, and drive delivery with a focus on performance, security, and multi-tenant SQL Server architectures.

Design and build API-first, distributed full-stack applications integrating LLMs, RAG, and multi-agent workflows. Implement microservices, real-time features, observability, CI/CD, and cloud-native deployments while mentoring engineers and ensuring scalable, production-grade systems.
