Serve as liaison among clients, agents, and examiners: answer and document calls, schedule exams, perform in-center specimen collection (venipuncture, urine, EKG), take vitals and medical histories, respond to client requests, and follow compliance and safety procedures.

Manage multiple client-facing IT projects end-to-end: gather and write business/functional requirements, coordinate cross-functional teams, perform testing and implementation, track milestones, manage vendor/client relationships, and produce regular project reports while ensuring timelines and support transitions.

Lead data management for client migrations by validating and documenting client information, coordinating setup with stakeholders, maintaining audit-ready records, communicating conversion changes to clients, supporting special projects, improving processes, monitoring performance, and escalating risks to resolution.
