Provide executive support to the CEO and leadership team by managing calendars, travel, meetings, and confidential information. Own Newark office operations, including supplies, vendors, facilities, events, and workplace organization. Support onboarding and recruiting coordination while tracking action items and cross-functional follow-through. The role requires initiative, discretion, organization, adaptability, and comfort working independently in a fast-paced startup environment.

Own end-to-end electrical subsystem design for an autonomous robotic pharmacy system, including requirements, schematics, PCB layout, prototyping, testing, and production bring-up. Design power, motor control, sensor, and mixed-signal circuits; qualify components; troubleshoot signal integrity, thermal, and EMC issues; and collaborate with firmware and mechanical teams on system integration, documentation, compliance, and production readiness.

The Head of Sales will own revenue growth, customer acquisition, pipeline development, enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, and full-cycle deal execution for Queue’s autonomous pharmacy platform. Responsibilities include educating customers, building ROI cases, negotiating hardware, leasing, and transaction-based agreements, refining pricing and go-to-market strategy with the CEO, and establishing scalable sales processes. The role targets pharmacy, retail, grocery, and other high-volume dispensing organizations.
