Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable AWS infrastructure across development, staging, and production. Automate infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines, manage Docker and Kubernetes environments, implement observability, and improve system reliability, performance, disaster recovery, and developer experience. The role also involves capacity planning, security controls, networking, access management, and database and caching support.

Coordinates global interviews and candidate experiences while improving recruiting workflows, SOPs, and scheduling processes. Owns offer letter governance, administers Greenhouse and ModernLoop, interprets recruiting policies, resolves complex scheduling issues, and implements recruiting process automations. The role also advises recruiting teams, influences tooling decisions, and helps develop coordinators.

Design and own Quince’s agentic infrastructure for marketing execution and user growth. Build scalable LLM services, multi-agent event streams, automated content and multimodal asset pipelines, and autonomous campaign optimization systems. Establish safe LLM operating protocols, including confidence limits, prompt versioning, fallback, and rollback frameworks. Collaborate with Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams to improve catalog data integration, reduce latency, and increase advertising delivery efficiency.
