Build and own HRBP analytics: deliver dashboards, predictive models, ROI and program evaluation, AI-enabled workflows, data storytelling for executives, and scalable reporting systems while partnering with HRBP Operations and stakeholders.

The Finance Manager will lead financial planning and analysis, partnering with business leaders for budgeting, forecasting, and cost management while ensuring GAAP compliance.
