Participate in a two-phase application engineering development program. Provide technical support for test and measurement instruments, troubleshoot customer measurement challenges, optimize setups, and create technical content. After 9–12 months, transitions to a Silicon Valley field role involving customer advising, demonstrations, proof-of-concept trials, account strategy, and technical business development.

Executes global strategic sourcing and commodity initiatives across suppliers and regions. Leads sourcing events, negotiations, PPV and VAVE programs, cost analysis, supplier performance improvement, risk mitigation, and supply continuity actions. Develops business cases, savings models, dashboards, and executive recommendations while coordinating engineering, operations, finance, quality, and materials stakeholders. Manages multiple sourcing projects and supplier escalations, with travel up to 20%.
