Teams at Ramp

Provide technical consulting for enterprise customers using Ramp’s financial platform. Advise on ERP, HRIS, API, integration, configuration, and system architecture solutions; support implementations and expansion opportunities; troubleshoot integration blockers; guide customer technical decisions; document scalable use cases; and channel customer feedback to Product and Engineering. Partner cross-functionally with Customer Activation, Account Management, Sales, Product, Design, Engineering, and implementation teams.

Lead enterprise customers through implementation and onboarding of Ramp’s Bill Pay and Procurement products. Configure AP workflows, approval routing, vendor management, purchasing, and invoice processes; identify implementation blockers; drive product adoption and business outcomes; troubleshoot issues with Product and Engineering; manage multiple activation timelines; and provide customer feedback to influence the product roadmap.

Provides technical and financial consulting to commercial customers, guiding ERP, HRIS, API, and accounting integrations from onboarding through expansion. Advises on system architecture, configuration, implementation solutions, and integration troubleshooting without directly coding. Partners with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and implementation teams; translates technical concepts into business value, documents scalable solutions, and channels customer feedback into product roadmap improvements.
