Lead scaling of Ramps System Integrator (SI) implementation program: build operating model, certify partners, define scope and quality standards, enable technical readiness across ERP integrations and data migration, design commercial incentives, and measure delivery quality and customer outcomes while influencing product and cross-functional teams.

Design and deliver high-performing creative across paid and owned channels. Rapidly concept and execute digital ads, landing pages, and multi-channel campaigns. Partner with growth marketing, writers, animators, and brand systems to maintain visual fidelity while optimizing for performance. Test, iterate, and share performance insights to evolve creative strategy and unlock new channels.

The Partner Development Representative will generate partnerships with financial institutions, conduct outreach, educate decision-makers about Ramp's offerings, and maintain client data in Salesforce.
