Administer and execute Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement campaigns and journeys; configure Marketing Cloud and supporting Salesforce CRM objects, automations, and permissions; use SQL, AMPscript, and HTML/CSS for data segmentation and dynamic content; ensure compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR), maintain data hygiene, monitor performance, and document runbooks while collaborating with Marketing, Compliance, IT, and platform stakeholders.
