Teams at Reacher

Build and own polished creator-facing mobile app features using React Native, Expo, and TypeScript. Responsibilities include designing, developing, releasing, and iterating features across the App Store and Google Play; integrating TikTok Shop APIs, state management, data-fetching tools, and AI avatar video capabilities; and collaborating with design, creator teams, and creators to optimize user experience, performance, and reliability.

Own onboarding, adoption, retention, expansion, and renewals for Pro package brand and agency accounts. Manage account health, churn prevention, payment recovery, usage analysis, customer feedback, product requests, and account documentation. Support managed-service clients and join sales demos as a platform expert. Requires strong TikTok Shop knowledge, communication, organization, and client-management skills.

Own customer support across in-app chat and VIP channels, resolving product, billing, integration, and account issues. Reproduce bugs, create engineering tickets in Linear, educate customers, maintain help-center content, manage ticket queues, identify at-risk accounts, and share feature feedback with product and customer success teams. The role requires fast response times, weekend coverage, cross-functional follow-through, and comfort working in a fast-paced startup.
