Lead development and execution of omnichannel campaigns, collaborating with Merchandising, Marketing, and Creative to drive engagement and growth. Responsible for strategic planning, KPI establishment, and campaign optimization across channels with a focus on driving GMV and consumer engagement.

Design and deliver inclusive employee experience programs across the lifecycle. Lead onboarding, ERG strategy, engagement and recognition tools, integrate DEI into people processes, partner cross-functionally, measure impact using engagement metrics, and optimize culture and internal brand.
