Staff Salesforce Engineer responsible for hands-on Apex and Lightning development, Salesforce architecture, integrations, AI-driven automation, platform observability, automated testing, and scalable delivery. The role leads solution design, establishes engineering standards, supports governance, mentors engineers, and partners with stakeholders. Key initiatives include Agentforce, Data Cloud, voice recognition, outreach automation, SSO, master data management, and complex Salesforce environments.

Leads integrated go-to-market strategy across campaigns, launches, seasonal moments, partnerships, and company priorities. Aligns brand, creative, communications, performance marketing, CRM, product, retail, and other teams around objectives, audiences, messaging, timelines, KPIs, and ownership. Establishes planning cadences, governance, measurement frameworks, and optimization loops; recommends prioritization and resource tradeoffs; presents plans to senior leadership; and manages marketing talent while remaining hands-on.

Lead pricing strategy and execution for Womens, Mens & Vendor channels. Manage and develop a pricing team, analyze KPIs, implement pricing models, collaborate cross-functionally, improve pricing algorithms and automation, and drive revenue while preserving consignor experience.
