The role independently builds the product marketing function, works closely with Product and Engineering, and supports sales with differentiated messaging and proof.

Lead onboarding, retention, and expansion for large enterprise city partners. Serve as trusted advisor to senior city stakeholders, run implementations, join enterprise sales as the product/implementation expert, build customer success playbooks and processes, and translate customer learnings into prioritized product and business improvements across cross-functional teams.

As a Senior Software Engineer at Rec, you'll shape key product aspects, collaborate across teams, build scalable platforms, and utilize AI technology. You will influence product strategy and ensure quality code delivery, essential for enhancing user experiences in recreation management.

Lead a 4-6 engineer Platform team (Infrastructure, Payments & Finance, DevEx/QA). Provide technical direction, stay hands-on with code and reviews, own reliability and payments, partner with Product on roadmap, run hiring and career development, and drive launch readiness and operational excellence.

Run evaluation and quality operations for an AI agent, manage annotation and defect triage, close the feedback loop into the roadmap, and drive cross-functional AI program management to ensure reliable launches and observability at scale.

Lead Rec's end-to-end AI product strategy, own the AI roadmap, partner with engineering/design/GTM, drive prompt engineering and evaluation, and ensure AI agents are reliable, trustworthy, and useful for recreation staff.
