Build and maintain native Android applications and infrastructure for Redfin’s mobile home-buying experience. Responsibilities include designing complex technical projects, writing maintainable and testable code, reviewing code, documenting systems, collaborating with product and design teams, improving performance, applying Android best practices, and using AI code-generation tools. The role may include on-call support for production systems.

Lead Redfin Rentals, building and scaling a national rental advertising marketplace for property managers. Own pricing, revenue, margin, inventory acquisition, advertiser onboarding, billing, sales, and marketplace operations. Partner closely with product and engineering teams to deliver systems and meet regulatory deadlines. Grow the commercial business, manage a large P&L, develop high-performing teams, and use AI to improve pricing, operations, customer acquisition, and decision-making.

Develop full-stack, customer-facing features for Redfin’s high-traffic home search and home details experiences. Build React interfaces, Java/Spring/Hibernate services, relational database applications, data ingestion pipelines, and scalable data services. Collaborate with teammates, automate manual processes, improve user experiences, contribute to technical and project leadership, and participate in on-call support for production systems.
