Develop and execute corporate communications, PR, influencer, developer marketing, and social media strategies for Redis. Build media and creator relationships, elevate executives through thought leadership, manage agency partners, lead integrated campaigns, and shape the company narrative across technology and developer audiences. Advise senior leaders, monitor industry trends, and measure communications impact through media quality, share of voice, executive visibility, and business outcomes.

Leads Redis’s standalone Developer Marketing function, building developer advocacy, technical content, community engagement, AI-builder recommendations, developer sign-ups, sentiment, and third-party validation. The role requires technical credibility with developers, experience scaling developer relations or community programs, expertise producing developer content, familiarity with AI infrastructure, and strong operating judgment.

Manage strategic telecommunications enterprise accounts as the primary post-sale contact. Drive onboarding, adoption, value realization, retention, renewals, and expansion of Redis solutions. Build relationships with DevOps, engineering, and executive stakeholders, deliver business reviews, develop success plans, mitigate churn risks, and advocate for customer needs internally. Collaborate with Sales, Product, Support, Engineering, and Solutions Architecture while providing technically fluent guidance on cloud, data platforms, and telecom use cases.
