Lead and mentor a global GTM Systems Engineering team that designs, builds, and runs the Salesforce platform and integrations. Own engineering best practices, architecture reviews, CI/CD, automated testing, AI-assisted development adoption, sprint planning, incident management, stakeholder translation of requirements, integration patterns, system health metrics, and data security/compliance.
