Leads Redis’ corporate communications, public relations, developer influence, and social media strategy. Responsibilities include media relations, executive thought leadership, influencer programs, corporate narrative development, integrated campaigns, PR agency management, and communications advisory support for senior leaders. The role partners across marketing, developer relations, customer marketing, product marketing, and executive leadership to strengthen brand reputation, amplify technical storytelling, and position Redis in key technology conversations.

Build and operate Redis’s GTM enablement infrastructure, including just-in-time workflows, measurement frameworks, dashboards, field communications, and Sales Kickoff programs. Partner cross-functionally to connect enablement activities with business outcomes, improve data quality, identify skill gaps, and drive adoption. Develop practical AI enablement, governance, workflows, and role-based learning for GTM teams. Manage complex programs, stakeholders, systems, and communications while creating scalable, measurable operating processes.

Own new business, expansion, and competitive displacement sales across hedge fund and asset management accounts. Sell Redis infrastructure and AI offerings, build executive relationships, develop account plans, translate technical use cases into business cases, and independently manage complex sales cycles from prospecting through close. Coordinate with solution architects, professional services, marketing, and customer success while maintaining CRM accuracy, forecasts, and pipeline quality through regulated financial-services procurement processes.
