Architect, build, and operate Redpanda’s Agentic Data Plane and cloud services across AWS, GCP, and Azure. Enterprise Account Executive responsible for acquiring and closing complex enterprise and mid-market opportunities. The role involves outbound prospecting, product demonstrations, technical evaluations, executive engagement, sales campaign management, pipeline generation, forecasting, and coordinating internal resources to secure new customers. Candidates need substantial open-source software, SaaS, cloud, and infrastructure sales experience, a strong enterprise hunting background, and a consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Build production agents, integrations, data pipelines, and infrastructure directly within strategic customers’ environments. Forward Deployed Engineers own technical delivery from design through deployment and handoff, collaborate closely with customer engineering teams, document and train users, and feed recurring customer needs back to Product and Engineering. The role requires production software engineering, agent or integration experience, adaptability across unfamiliar codebases, strong customer-facing communication, and experience shipping difficult deployments. Travel is 30–50% during active engagements.

Architect and build Redpanda’s Agentic Data Plane for secure, real-time AI agent interactions with enterprise data. Responsibilities include researching agentic AI developments, prototyping capabilities, defining architectures, integrating runtime, policy, and observability layers, engaging strategic customers, representing the company externally, and improving operational reliability. The role requires leadership across engineering and product teams, distributed systems expertise, AI infrastructure experience, and strong communication skills.

Leads a cloud engineering team responsible for Redpanda Cloud, BYOC, Serverless, and Agentic Data Plane initiatives. Owns roadmap delivery, operational excellence, incident response, SLOs, and day-two operations while partnering with Product and customer-facing teams. Coaches, develops, hires, and retains engineers; translates product priorities into engineering plans; manages risks and dependencies; and drives reliable, high-quality launches across distributed cloud services.

Help customers adopt Redpanda by conducting workshops, architecting and implementing production-ready data streaming systems, building integrations and reusable automation, resolving technical barriers, optimizing performance, and supporting onboarding and expansion. The role partners with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Support teams while sharing technical content and best practices. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Own features end to end, lead technical architecture, and develop automated provisioning, deployment, upgrades, and self-healing systems. Maintain reliability, scalability, security, resilience, and observability for a 99.99% SLA.
