Architect, build, and operate Redpanda’s Agentic Data Plane and cloud services across AWS, GCP, and Azure. Lead large technical projects, define architecture, develop automated provisioning and self-healing systems, and ensure reliability, scalability, security, observability, and zero-downtime upgrades. Participate in on-call operations, mitigate technical risks, and collaborate across engineering, product, and customer-facing teams.

Enterprise Account Executive responsible for acquiring and closing complex enterprise and mid-market opportunities. The role involves outbound prospecting, product demonstrations, technical evaluations, executive engagement, sales campaign management, pipeline generation, forecasting, and coordinating internal resources to secure new customers. Candidates need substantial open-source software, SaaS, cloud, and infrastructure sales experience, a strong enterprise hunting background, and a consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Build production agents, integrations, data pipelines, and infrastructure directly within strategic customers’ environments. Forward Deployed Engineers own technical delivery from design through deployment and handoff, collaborate closely with customer engineering teams, document and train users, and feed recurring customer needs back to Product and Engineering. The role requires production software engineering, agent or integration experience, adaptability across unfamiliar codebases, strong customer-facing communication, and experience shipping difficult deployments. Travel is 30–50% during active engagements.
