Lead end-to-end SIOP process to align sales, operations, and inventory. Drive demand forecasting, production and capacity planning, and inventory optimization. Monitor KPIs, use analytics to deliver insights, implement continuous improvement, and manage and mentor the planning team to meet customer demand and company objectives.

Provide day-to-day legal leadership for the Automation & Motion Control segment, advising on commercial contracting, government and defense contracting (FAR/DFARS), risk management, disputes, regulatory and trade compliance, and process improvements. Lead negotiations, contract lifecycle management, enforcement, and cross-functional training while partnering with outside counsel and business teams to enable growth and protect the business.

The Strategic Account Executive drives profitable revenue growth by managing global OEM and end-user accounts, developing account plans, and leading pricing strategy while maintaining customer satisfaction and market insights.
