The GRC Analyst manages customer security and compliance questionnaires, vendor risk assessments, GDPR requests, audit evidence, policy reviews, risk registers, compliance monitoring, and issue tracking. The role coordinates with Security, Legal, Privacy, Engineering, Sales, Procurement, and other stakeholders; maintains governance documentation and vendor records; supports audits and assessments; and translates technical and regulatory requirements into clear responses. The analyst also helps administer GRC tools and improve governance processes.

Leads strategic pre-sales enterprise architecture for complex global sales engagements. Designs data unification, master data management, AI, SAP integration, and cloud architectures; advises C-suite stakeholders; leads proof-of-value initiatives and landmark deals; partners with Product Management and Engineering to shape roadmap direction; develops reference architectures, influences industry best practices, mentors senior technical professionals, and represents Reltio externally.

Designs and manages cloud infrastructure platforms using infrastructure as code, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and multi-cloud technologies. Responsibilities include improving developer experience and DevSecOps maturity, troubleshooting and optimizing platform reliability, implementing zero-downtime maintenance, automating processes, integrating security controls, documenting technical systems, and mentoring engineers. The role also drives scalability, cost optimization, availability, and continuous delivery across Reltio’s cloud services.
