Build relationships with firm leadership, conduct senior-level discovery and workflow analysis, design tailored demos and proofs-of-concept, and influence product and post-sales adoption to deliver measurable ROI and revenue growth.

Lead customer-facing technical integrations for SaaS fraud and identity solutions. Design, test, deploy, and optimize mobile SDKs, web fingerprinting, and REST API integrations. Advise developers and business stakeholders, present findings, troubleshoot implementations, and support adoption. Occasional travel required.

Work with Account Managers to drive technical sales for Elsevier products by conducting discovery, delivering tailored demos and presentations, leading technical tender responses, designing solutions, and ensuring smooth handoffs to implementation and customer success to achieve client satisfaction and references.
