Build teams, systems, SLAs, staffing models, tooling integrations, KPIs, and processes to support 10M+ users. Drive marketing automation, CRM reliability, help center taxonomy, deflection strategies, analytics, and cross-functional programs with Product, Engineering, and Analytics to improve retention, growth, and operational stability.
