Owns strategic direction, partner engagement, account health, and growth for complex utility virtual power plant partners. Serves as a senior advisor, escalation point, and mentor while developing scalable playbooks, identifying program bottlenecks, and coordinating cross-functional solutions. Partners with Sales and Product, manages customer feedback, tracks account health through analytics, and influences product and service roadmaps. This is a senior individual-contributor role with no direct people management.

Own end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional technical programs across a virtual power plant platform and consumer energy products. Build planning, milestone, risk, and execution frameworks; manage dependencies, tradeoffs, launch readiness, operational handoffs, and post-launch validation. Partner with Engineering, Product, Design, Grid Operations, Customer Success, and external stakeholders while providing leadership with clear decision support and improving TPM practices.

Owns day-to-day security and compliance operations, including SOC 2 audit readiness, evidence collection, remediation, control monitoring, and audit documentation. Leads SOX and ISO 27001 gap assessments, readiness initiatives, and cross-functional uplift workstreams. Partners with engineering, IT, finance, legal, and business teams to strengthen control ownership, automate evidence collection, maintain compliance records, and monitor regulatory changes.
