Teams at Replit

Lead complex enterprise software transactions, negotiate SaaS and technology agreements, advise on AI, privacy, security, and compliance issues, and manage commercial legal risks. Build scalable contract playbooks and processes while partnering with Sales, Product, Engineering, Security, and Privacy teams. Provide strategic guidance on AI regulations and enterprise software adoption, and serve as a trusted advisor to customer legal teams and company leadership.

Design, build, and operate Replit’s identity and authorization platform, including policy decisions, enterprise access controls, delegation, workload identity, token services, and service-to-service security. Threat-model multi-tenant systems, implement least-privilege and fail-closed behavior, lead safe migrations, and own reliability, observability, SLOs, and incidents. Collaborate with Agent, Enterprise, Security, Connectors, and Infrastructure teams to create secure, scalable platform primitives.

Own strategic product partnerships from opportunity identification through negotiation, integration, launch, and performance measurement. Develop partner pipelines, shape joint product strategies, coordinate with product, engineering, legal, finance, marketing, and sales teams, and define success metrics. The role requires technical fluency across APIs, cloud infrastructure, databases, LLMs, agents, and developer workflows, plus the ability to build demos, negotiate with senior partners, and influence product roadmaps.
