Conducts commercial and residential waste-stream audits, identifies contamination and diversion opportunities, documents findings with weights and photographs, and prepares audit reports. Coordinates audit logistics with operations teams, visits client facilities, educates customers, monitors recycling and organics compliance, observes collection practices, enforces program requirements, and maintains customer records and activity reports. Requires independent work, analytical thinking, safety compliance, and a valid driver’s license.

Manages the human resources function for assigned divisions, advising employees and leaders on employee relations, performance, policies, compliance, staffing, training, benefits, compensation, investigations, audits, succession planning, and talent management. Partners with local and corporate leadership, conducts training, maintains employee records, supports employment-law compliance, and may supervise HR or administrative staff. Travel by air, car, or other transportation may reach 60%.

Manages environmental waste projects at client sites, ensuring contractual delivery, regulatory compliance, health and safety, subcontractor performance, and profitability. Conducts inspections, waste characterization, shipping and documentation; develops recycling and treatment programs; provides reporting, regulatory guidance, training, and technical support. Partners with sales to develop compliant customer solutions, identify opportunities, and retain business while managing onsite resources and escalating issues.
