Provide administrative and technical support to operations: manage schedules, driver routes, invoices, inventory, and equipment. Coordinate with dispatch and other departments, respond to customer inquiries and complaints, monitor waste/recycling data and regulatory compliance, generate KPI reports, troubleshoot office systems, and maintain records of waste streams and recycling programs.

Develop and implement commercial and event recycling and food-waste diversion programs. Conduct outreach, customer education, waste audits, data reporting, and community engagement. Produce communications, presentations, and collateral; coordinate with operations and pursue grants/funding to improve recycling quality and diversion rates.

Sell and manage environmental services accounts by maintaining and expanding customer relationships, developing pipelines, designing customized solutions, using CRM to track activity, and coordinating proposals, onboarding, and documentation to meet revenue and retention goals.
