Manages the human resources function for assigned divisions, advising employees and leaders on employee relations, performance, policies, compliance, staffing, training, benefits, compensation, investigations, audits, succession planning, and talent management. Provides customer and internal support for waste profile approvals, documentation, contracts, billing adjustments, manifests, reports, and correspondence. The ES Account Executive I acquires new business for environmental solutions, selling recycling, waste, compliance, and sustainability services. Responsibilities include prospecting, networking, pipeline development, customer discovery, customized solution design, CRM management, competitive analysis, proposal preparation, and contract paperwork. The role requires building relationships with customers and engaging senior decision-makers while meeting profitable growth objectives.
