Lead RAFT’s fundraising program, generating more than $2 million annually through major gifts, corporate partnerships, grants, events, campaigns, and individual giving. Develop fundraising strategy, secure six-figure and multi-year commitments, strengthen donor engagement and retention, and build the donor pipeline. Manage and develop the Development team while collaborating with the CEO, Board, and executive leadership to diversify revenue and support organizational growth.
