Lead audit processes for property and corporate financials, prepare consolidated schedules, manage general accounting (AP/AR, interim financials, grant billing), supervise accounting staff, drive systems integrations and process improvements, and review project legal/financial documents to determine allocations and fees.

Support property and corporate accounting under the Corporate Controller: oversee property audits, prepare and reconcile GL accounts and journal entries, assist consolidated audit schedules, prepare corporate cash flow, support asset management reviews, and contribute to accounting system redesign and special projects.
