Provide day-to-day IT support: onboarding/offboarding, configure and troubleshoot macOS devices, manage Google Workspace, Slack, Rippling, SSO and MDM, support office networking and hardware, maintain endpoint compliance and device inventory, assist SOC2 and security audits, improve IT documentation and automation for provisioning and hardware lifecycle.

The Design Engineer will build and maintain the design system, prototype in React and TypeScript, and ensure design accuracy in product components. They will collaborate with product designers and engineers to enhance product quality using AI tools.
