Build and launch voice AI solutions for enterprise customers, writing production code and integrating CRMs, ERPs, scheduling tools, and other systems. Work directly with customers to understand needs, resolve technical issues, support sales demos, and translate feedback into product improvements. The role involves an approximately equal split between software development and customer engagement, with opportunities to become an expert in building voice AI agents.

The SEO Strategist will lead organic growth strategy and execution, leveraging AI to optimize SEO, build content systems, and partner with product teams for growth.

Work directly with enterprise customers to design, build, and deploy production voice AI applications. Integrate Retell APIs/SDKs, develop conversational workflows, debug telephony/SIP and infrastructure issues, optimize AI behavior and prompts, lead technical onboarding, and drive product improvements from proof-of-concept to production.
