As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you'll develop UI features for the AI voice platform, working with React and TypeScript while collaborating on backend systems and leading projects from concept to launch.

Serve as the technical partner for enterprise customers to deploy and scale AI voice agents. Lead onboarding, design integrations and conversation flows, debug APIs/webhooks/SIP/telephony/authentication, work inside customer codebases, surface product gaps to Product & Engineering, and drive adoption and expansion across accounts.

Provide day-to-day IT support: onboarding/offboarding, configure and troubleshoot macOS devices, manage Google Workspace, Slack, Rippling, SSO and MDM, support office networking and hardware, maintain endpoint compliance and device inventory, assist SOC2 and security audits, improve IT documentation and automation for provisioning and hardware lifecycle.
