Lead Retool’s Enterprise Platform engineering team, building scalable capabilities for deployment, permissions, access controls, audit logging, administration, integrations, and AI-powered workflows. Set technical strategy and architecture, guide execution, partner with product, design, customers, and go-to-market teams, and balance security, reliability, delivery speed, and maintainability. Coach engineers, manage performance, recruit talent, and improve cross-team collaboration and engineering processes.

Build and operate Retool’s production agent platform across product, infrastructure, and evaluation layers. Design agent prompting, context construction, retrieval, routing, tool use, sandboxing, and evaluation systems. Diagnose nondeterministic failures, improve reliability and safety, and partner on workload provisioning and deployment across cloud and self-hosted environments. Mentor engineers and establish standards for dependable agentic products.
