Teams at Reunion

Drive adoption of Reunion PWA through prospecting, qualification, demos, and full-cycle sales to clean energy developers, EPCs, project owners, and financial parties. Build account plans, close customers, develop cross-sell opportunities with the tax credit marketplace, and shape FEOC go-to-market strategy. Establish sales playbooks, CRM standards, forecasting processes, lead routing, and new customer segments while sharing market feedback with Product and Marketing.

Manage customer PWA compliance engagements, oversee audited reporting, guide developers and contractors on labor compliance, and serve as a trusted advisor. The role includes managing associate teams, improving delivery processes, collaborating with product, engineering, sales, and account management, and translating complex federal and state requirements into customer and internal training. Responsibilities also include providing product feedback, supporting retention and growth, and helping expand compliance offerings such as FEOC, BOC, and Domestic Content.

Lead clean energy tax credit and project finance transactions between corporate buyers and renewable energy developers or manufacturers. Responsibilities include negotiating with parties and counsel, managing due diligence, developing customer relationships, creating transaction playbooks, contributing to compliance software products, and identifying new financial offerings. The role requires deep transactional experience, strong communication, comfort with technical legal and regulatory content, and at least 5–8 years of relevant experience.
