Lead end-to-end ML system development: data exploration, model research, training, deployment, evaluation, and MLOps. Collaborate cross-functionally to prioritize claims, improve matching, measure business impact, and own a technical workstream.

Investigate auto accidents, identify responsible insurance payers, contact patients, insurers, and attorneys, submit medical claims and documentation, and follow up on underpaid or denied bills. The role involves high-volume outbound calling, multitasking across software applications, meeting productivity metrics, preparing denial reports, conducting audits, and supporting healthcare provider revenue recovery. Paid training and ongoing support are provided.
