Make high-volume outbound calls to investigate auto accidents, identify payers, submit medical claims and documentation to insurers, follow up on denials, resubmit for additional payments, and support audits and denial reports to maximize provider payments.

Make high-volume outbound calls to investigate, bill, and resolve denied workers' compensation medical claims for provider clients. Submit documentation, follow up with payers, employers, attorneys and patients to maximize payments and participate in team projects. Work remotely with provided equipment after multi-week training.
