Revolution Medicines Benefits Overview

Leads global and regional Medical Affairs advisory board strategy, planning, execution, compliance, governance, vendor management, budgets, and insight dissemination. Partners with Commercial, Clinical Development, Research, and Medical Affairs teams to align stakeholder engagement with scientific and congress priorities. Requires extensive biotech or pharmaceutical Medical Affairs experience, oncology expertise, global advisory board leadership, and knowledge of international regulatory and compliance standards.

Develop and validate machine-learning models for drug discovery using chemical, biological, imaging, and phenotypic datasets. Perform exploratory analysis, data integration, quality assessment, and predictive modeling for compound activity, selectivity, target engagement, and screening outcomes. Collaborate with data engineers, machine-learning engineers, medicinal chemists, biologists, and research scientists to build reproducible workflows, interpret results, and translate scientific questions into actionable insights.

Conduct computational and translational analyses of complex preclinical and clinical datasets to identify biomarkers, drug-response and resistance mechanisms, pharmacodynamic effects, and therapeutic strategies. Integrate sequencing, spatial, molecular, phenotypic, pathology, and clinical data; develop reproducible workflows; evaluate AI and machine-learning approaches; collaborate with experimental, biomarker, data science, and technology teams; and communicate actionable biological insights to multidisciplinary drug-development teams.
