Lead design, delivery, and continuous improvement of GxP training and curricula, manage companywide training programs in Veeva/eQMS, evaluate training effectiveness, create learning content, develop SOPs and work instructions, and partner cross-functionally to ensure regulatory compliance and inspection readiness.

Lead Cancer Pharmacology and Translational Research to inform candidate selection, IND-enabling studies, PK/PD, efficacy, combination strategies, and biomarker plans. Build and mentor teams, oversee preclinical CRO operations, and integrate large-scale preclinical and clinical datasets with AI/ML and modern data infrastructure. Drive cross-functional collaborations, external partnerships, scientific communications, and strategic disease-area decision making to accelerate oncology drug development.

Lead and optimize global GxP document control and eDMS/eQMS operations. Manage document change controls, workflows, migrations, SOPs, and KPIs. Serve as Veeva QualitySuite SME, support inspections and audits, drive process improvements, training, and cross-functional governance to ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence.
