Lead enterprise procurement at a clinical-stage biotechnology company. Build and execute procurement strategy, scale operating model, run strategic sourcing and supplier governance, drive procurement transformation, implement procurement systems and processes, oversee supplier risk/compliance, and mentor a growing procurement team to support R&D, clinical, manufacturing, commercial, IT, and corporate functions.

Serve as subject-matter expert for outsourced stability studies: coordinate and track studies, maintain stability database, author/review protocols/reports, perform trend/statistical analyses, support regulatory CMC filings (IND/NDA/IMPD), partner with quality on investigations/CAPAs, manage sample chain-of-custody, and work cross-functionally to support clinical and commercial stability needs.

The Director of Program Management will lead cross-functional teams in the clinical development of RAS(ON) inhibitors, ensuring efficient execution of the development strategy and managing project risks and stakeholder communications.
