Proactively sell electrical and related products via phone and email, manage and grow assigned customer accounts, process quotes and orders, support outside sales, prospect new accounts, resolve customer issues, and maintain product knowledge through training and vendor collaboration.

Sell and promote electrical products to new and existing customers, build and maintain relationships, generate sales, provide product selection and quotations, collaborate with suppliers and internal teams, use digital tools/CRM, maintain records, and participate in professional development and training.

Lead a team of manufacturing engineers/technicians to ensure product/process scale-up, CAD/data governance, equipment selection, process qualification, test development, and launch readiness. Drive continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma), root-cause analysis and CAPA, manage BOMs/ECOs, define KPIs, support capital projects, and maintain safety, regulatory, and quality compliance.

Prepare and manage switchgear project quotations: review bid packages, issue RFQs, compile bid tabulations, negotiate with vendors, and submit complete proposals. Collaborate with outside sales, maintain supplier/customer relationships, and use Excel/PDF/quoting tools to support sales and bid processes.

Coordinate sales, operations, and suppliers to design and document new products; generate CAD files; develop and validate manufacturing processes and test equipment; lead capital projects and production scale-up; manage BOMs, schedules, costs, and quality improvements; perform root-cause analysis and support customer-facing technical sales.

Supervise and coordinate production team activities to meet production goals, quality, and safety standards. Manage labor, schedules, training, documentation control, and cross-functional coordination with planning, engineering, shipping, and quality. Troubleshoot equipment/personnel issues, support new product transitions, and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and meet customer deadlines.

Manage medium-to-high complexity projects for the Assembly Solutions Group, coordinating customers, sales, vendors, and internal teams. Maintain project documentation (OMS, drawings, test reports), track schedules and scope, support Sales/Engineering/Supply Chain/Manufacturing/Quality, identify and implement process improvements, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while handling pricing, orders, claims, and returns.
