Completes a progressive sales training program covering product knowledge, branch and warehouse operations, customer service, sales processes, order processing, quoting, pricing, logistics, and marketing support. Builds customer relationships, responds to inquiries, prepares operational documents, learns company systems, and rotates through branch, warehouse, and project roles. May shadow sales calls and travel occasionally to offsite locations.

Sells electrical and related products to new and existing customers, builds customer relationships, develops markets, provides product solutions and quotations, coordinates vendor demonstrations, resolves payment issues, tracks sales activity, and reports market information. The role requires frequent travel to customer locations, product knowledge, strong communication and negotiation skills, a valid driver’s license, and at least three years of sales or electrical industry experience.
