Responsible for growing profitable sales by acquiring new customers, expanding existing accounts, demonstrating electrical products, and developing customer relationships. Provides product guidance, prepares quotations, coordinates with suppliers, resolves payment issues, tracks market trends, and maintains sales records. The role requires frequent travel to customer and offsite locations, strong negotiation and communication skills, product knowledge, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, ERP, and CRM tools.

Provides quality assurance support across commercial and branch teams within an ISO-based QMS. Leads process improvement, audits, corrective and preventive actions, customer complaint resolution, supplier qualification, nonconforming material management, ISO audits, quality metric tracking, and cost-of-quality initiatives. Partners with procurement, suppliers, customers, and business leaders to improve quality, service, fulfillment, cycle time, and delivery performance. Also provides quality training and coaching.

Prepare complex lighting and electrical project quotations by reviewing bid packages, drawings, technical requirements, and approved manufacturer lists. Issue vendor RFQs, collect and tabulate pricing, negotiate supplier terms, identify substitutes, and submit complete proposals. Maintain customer and supplier relationships, support product sales, track bid feedback and margins, and mentor team members on product knowledge and processes.
