Own end-to-end UX design for a consumer healthcare mobile app, from research and workflow mapping through prototyping, production delivery, and post-launch iteration. Design member-facing care, health data, AI-assisted experiences, clinical workflows, and care-team coordination. Partner with Product, Engineering, Clinical Operations, Growth, Quality, and Compliance while conducting user research, building reusable design systems, ensuring accessibility, and designing transparent, safe AI interactions.

Own the technical strategy, architecture, and hands-on rebuild of Rezilient’s iOS and Android member mobile app. Lead decisions spanning native and cross-platform development, security and HIPAA-aligned PHI handling, health-data integrations, release engineering, performance, testing, and AI-enabled features. Partner with Product, Design, Clinical, and Engineering leaders to deliver a consumer-grade healthcare experience while mentoring mobile and front-end engineers and driving engagement, reliability, and scalable delivery.

Leads healthcare customer and health system implementations from handoff through launch and transition to ongoing support. Builds project plans, tracks milestones, risks, dependencies, readiness, and deliverables; coordinates technical, clinical, operational, product, sales, engineering, and customer stakeholders. Manages EHR integration workstreams, launch communications, reporting, documentation, handoffs, and process improvement while ensuring on-time, safe, and high-quality go-lives.
