Lead development and improvement of dining products across RH platforms, managing concept-to-production lifecycle, collaborating with design, vendors, and merchandising, reviewing CAD/renderings, and defining materials and manufacturing requirements.

Lead design, delivery, and compliance of total rewards programs (compensation, benefits, retirement) globally. Manage vendor relationships, handle associate inquiries, build dashboards, participate in market/pay equity analysis, and support benefits administration and enrollment.

Provide luxury service to RH Trade clients, grow the trade business with consultations, gallery tours, site visits, project coordination, cross-functional communication, and meet fiscal goals while maintaining industry relationships.
