Supports executive leadership by managing complex calendars, correspondence, meetings, travel, expenses, presentations, events, and confidential information. Acts as a trusted liaison, prepares briefing materials, tracks decisions and action items, and coordinates priorities across stakeholders. Requires strong organization, communication, discretion, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment. The role is onsite in Corte Madera, California, with occasional travel and flexibility for evening or weekend support.

Directs commercial contracting across procurement, suppliers, technology, marketing, logistics, hospitality, and other business functions. Drafts and negotiates agreements, advises business leaders on legal risks, leads contract lifecycle management strategy, develops templates and playbooks, introduces AI-enabled legal workflows, analyzes contracting metrics, mentors paralegals, and partners with Legal leadership.

Coordinates product development from concept through launch by maintaining product information, tracking samples, organizing reviews and photography, documenting meetings, reporting web issues in JIRA, archiving design drawings, and facilitating communication among cross-functional teams. Supports presentation preparation and keeps sample areas organized while helping ensure timely, successful product launches.
