Conduct and coordinate clinical trial monitoring across multiple protocols, including site visits, site management, documentation, data quality, audit readiness, corrective actions, and study closure. Support protocol development, site selection, investigator meetings, training, and business development activities while mentoring junior clinical team members. The remote role requires residence within one hour of a U.S. metropolitan airport and travel up to 80% for 8–10 site-visit days monthly.

Perform onsite and remote clinical site monitoring (PSV, SIV, IMV, COV), ensure protocol and regulatory adherence, manage study documentation and audit readiness, mentor junior staff, support site selection and RFPs, and contribute to clinical operations and SOP development across multiple protocols with significant travel.
