The Head of Business Operations will lead operations strategy, optimize processes, build teams, ensure compliance, and support growth within the company.

Design, implement, and deploy multi-modal deep learning and language models for predictive decision support. Preprocess complex datasets, optimize models across hardware (including edge), collaborate with cross-functional teams, perform code reviews, track experiments, and productionize ML pipelines and infrastructure.

Design, build, and maintain data infrastructure and ETL pipelines; automate data ingestion and conversion; extract and analyze data from multiple sources; improve data governance, quality, and metadata; collaborate with analysts, data scientists, and engineers to support ML pipelines and dashboards; communicate project status to leadership.

The Executive Coordinator will manage travel logistics, calendar coordination and operational support for the senior leadership team in a defense technology environment, ensuring efficient execution and support in time-sensitive situations.

Support business development and strategic growth through market research, customer insights, proposal support, and sales enablement. Create client-facing content, competitive intelligence, thought leadership, and briefing materials while collaborating with product, engineering, and senior leadership. Translate complex capabilities into clear value propositions and support executive engagements, demos, and strategic initiatives.

The Compliance Manager will enhance compliance programs, assess compliance risks, manage training, and coordinate with internal teams and external regulators to ensure adherence to legal standards.
