Product Manager for Artemis, an information-environment analysis platform. Translates national security practitioner needs into product priorities, shapes roadmap decisions, leads senior government and defense customer engagements, supports proposals, and develops competitive positioning and market insight. Requires expertise in strategic communications, information-environment analysis, information operations, and countering adversarial influence, plus strong communication and judgment. The role involves close collaboration with product, engineering, marketing, sales, and executive teams, with 25–50% domestic and international travel.

Own the end-to-end software deployment lifecycle across cloud, on-premises, and edge environments. Build CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, containerized deployments, observability, automation, release recovery, and secure delivery practices. Troubleshoot issues across applications, Kubernetes, Linux, networking, and infrastructure; partner with engineering, customers, and field teams; support production systems and on-call operations. Travel approximately 15–20% domestically and internationally.

Temporary receptionist responsible for front-desk coverage, visitor and delivery management, office administration, supply restocking, employee assistance, and onsite event and meeting coordination. The role supports Operations and Executive teams, communicates critical updates, and collaborates with HR, Security, Facilities, Accounting, and other departments. This onsite assignment in Palo Alto covers an employee leave for approximately six months.
