Lead and ship an agentic voice care platform for cardiac remote monitoring. Own requirements, architecture, roadmap, metrics, vendor stack (telephony, STT/TTS, model providers), compliance and safety guardrails. Perform field discovery with clinicians and patients, translate workflows into product specs, run experiments, manage cross-functional stakeholders, and iterate rapidly on clinic rollouts.

Manage clinic and health system accounts from implementation through ongoing customer success. Drive enrollment, adoption, satisfaction, account health monitoring, issue resolution, customer training, feedback reporting, and proactive relationship management. Build repeatable onboarding and implementation processes, maintain a shared customer knowledge base, and translate clinical and technical issues for Engineering and IT. The role includes on-site and virtual training with travel of up to 50%.

Build and ship full-stack product features using Python, Django, PostgreSQL, JavaScript, and Vue.js. Scale Kubernetes and AWS infrastructure, develop Selenium-based test and workflow automation, integrate APIs and CI/CD pipelines, and improve monitoring and observability. Collaborate with customers, clinical stakeholders, and internal teams to analyze workflows and deliver production-ready solutions in healthcare technology environments.
