Maintains and analyzes customer, item, and coding data using Oracle systems. Coordinate Sales, Operations, Product, Finance, Marketing, Enablement, and Support in a matrixed organization. Lead business cases, governance reviews, QBRs, risk mitigation, customer feedback, and readiness across transact, sell, service, and support functions.

Develops demand and manages complex sales opportunities for integrated workflow, outsourcing, and business process solutions. Builds relationships with C-suite stakeholders, leads capture efforts and technical bids, shapes client requirements, creates differentiated value propositions, and manages pursuits through close. Coordinates internal teams and vendors, develops business cases, performs competitive and market analysis, and ensures effective project handoffs while addressing enterprise IT and business process objectives.

Lead portfolio strategy and product lifecycle for B2B SaaS services: launch, position, price, and retire products. Provide SME guidance, market research, competitive analysis, sales enablement, roadmaps, forecasts, and cross-functional collaboration to drive revenue and product performance.
