Provide onsite legal document reprographic and workplace support: print/scan/convert/encrypt documents, maintain copiers, manage mail and supplies, assist with room setups, handle confidential, time-sensitive materials, and perform light maintenance and moves.

Manage and grow customer accounts by identifying needs, aligning Ricoh solutions, and expanding market share. Develop new business, build relationships with decision-makers, deliver consultative presentations and proposals, communicate financial and operational impacts, and maintain stakeholder engagement throughout the sales process. Role is commission-eligible and requires about 20% travel.

Provide daily on-site support for Ricoh-managed printers including consumable replenishment, basic maintenance, troubleshooting, inventory and procurement, meter reads, training, and escalation to Level 2 to meet SLAs.
