The Senior Staff Total Rewards Partner will develop and manage total rewards strategies, including compensation, equity, and benefits, to support global growth and IPO readiness. This role involves partnering with multiple departments and shaping the company’s compensation philosophy and benefits strategy to attract and retain talent.

Lead design and delivery of authentication and authorization services, integrating Auth0/SSO and cloud/serverless back ends. Mentor engineers, participate in full SDLC, manage on-call production support, and collaborate across Platform, Product, and Security to build scalable, secure IAM solutions while using AI tools to accelerate development.
