Leads Rillet’s partner implementation ecosystem, including partner relationships, implementation quality, training and certification, escalations, operating rhythms, and scalable playbooks. Hires and develops Partner Implementation Managers, oversees partner performance and delivery health, reports program metrics, and collaborates cross-functionally to improve documentation, tooling, training, and product feedback. The role builds a scalable operating model for accounting and consulting firms implementing Rillet.

Embed with strategic customers to map and automate month-end close processes, including reconciliations, revenue, accruals, reporting, and bank coding. Build accounting agents with controls, review steps, and audit trails; measure efficiency and accuracy gains. Identify recurring customer needs, create product briefs, develop features with engineering teams, and establish reusable agent playbooks for automated accounting.

Own the sales-to-implementation handoff, standardize processes, build demo environments, support sales conversations, gather requirements, scope solutions, and manage RFPs. The role serves as a technical product expert connecting customer business needs with Rillet’s accounting and financial software capabilities while driving continuous improvements across sales and implementation.
