Lead the Developer Relations team at Ripple to grow the developer ecosystem around XRPL, focusing on financial innovation and application development.

Provide transactional legal support for vendor and commercial agreements across payments, custody, and stablecoin products. Draft and negotiate term sheets and definitive contracts, manage deal processes and external counsel budgets, and collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, security, tax, finance, and business teams to deliver practical legal advice under tight deadlines.

Lead the platform experience by defining the canonical data model, owning identity/authentication/RBAC and licensing, unifying cross-product user identity, designing navigation and home portal, and establishing platform standards (API contracts, schema governance, integration protocols) so solution pods can deliver faster and without redundant work.
