Own end-to-end derivative and hedge accounting across client portfolios, including documentation, effectiveness testing, journal entries, disclosures, valuation, and audit support under ASC 815 and IFRS 9. Manage complex hedging relationships, interpret FASB and IASB guidance, advise treasury and finance stakeholders, and improve accounting methodologies, templates, and technical guidance.

Lead a greenfield engineering team integrating Ripple’s digital asset capabilities with its enterprise Treasury platform. Manage and mentor up to four full-stack developers while remaining hands-on with .NET backend and Angular or React frontend development. Establish engineering practices, ship software rapidly through Kanban, and collaborate with product, compliance, treasury, and digital asset teams to deliver secure, reliable, auditable financial software amid evolving requirements.

Manage the AI Platform Engineering team and own the GSmart AI platform roadmap and delivery. Build dependable, measurable AI systems, collaborate with product and solution teams, enable internal engineering teams, and hire and mentor engineers. Contribute hands-on to architecture and full-stack production code while developing modern LLM and Generative AI infrastructure.
